Street Wolves Jumpstart v1.21

While developing the Street Wolves Foundry Module (for more on that go here),  I found errors in the Street Wolves Jumpstart. They're now corrected in this update.

Updates:

• Minor tweaks to art layout in various spots.
• p. 4 Face in the Crowd Persuasion bonus is reduced to a +1. 
• p. 7 Bag phone reduced cost to 500
• p. 19 removed bold word on paragraph starts
• P. 22 fixed “Looking into Tracer” paragraph heading
• P. 24 Fixed paragraph starts that weren’t uppercase
• p. 26 changed position of sidebar
• p. 33 Fixed Tracer’s Hindrance of “Turn Coat” and put it in his Edges
